Hi,

We are writing to inform you about an important upcoming update aimed at improving and optimizing our network setup.

We will be replacing our current **US-1 Region** to the new and improved **US-3 Region**.

The primary adjustment in this revised setup is in the network layer. We are executing this move to mitigate some problems regarding external database access.

As a result of these modifications, we will be decommissioning the US-1 Region since the US-3 Region will also be based in St. Louis, with the same pricing structure and service provider.

In essence, nothing changes for you, except that if you manage your database, you'll need to add the US-3's IPs to your allowlist.

We aim to conclude this migration by December 4th, with us undertaking all necessitated work, sparing you any hassle.

**Before making any changes to your account, we will notify you via email and wait for your confirmation before proceeding, ensuring there's no cause for concern.**

The only required action on your part is to add these IPs to your database's allowlist:

184.168.64.146
148.72.153.14
173.224.126.15
209.126.100.241
209.126.100.244
173.224.126.33

Additionally, our IP documentation has also been updated. So, if you use Incoming IPs, make sure to inform us and review the new IPs listed here:
